Hallo meine Lieben



Halloween steht vor der Tür und es gilt sich Gedanken über die passende Kleidung für einen solch wichtigen Tag zu machen.
Ich hab mir ein kleines Kürbis- Täschchen , verziert mit einem Bild meiner kleinen Hexe gemacht,in dem alle wichtigen Sachen wie, schlüssel, Lippenstift, Liebestrank, Feenstaub etc, Platz haben.

Halloween is about to come and now it´s time to think about what to wear on the great day. I made myself a little pumpkin- bag, decorated with one of my pictures of the little witch. In the bag you find enough room for the most importand things like keys, lipstip, love-potion, fairy dusr and so on.

Halloween Kitty

Happy Halloween

Hallo ihr Lieben
Meine Operation ist ziemlich gut verlaufen, aber nachdem ich nun glaubte, alles hinter mir zu haben plagen mich seltsame Schmerzen.

Ich bin dieses Jahr nicht in der rechten Halloweenstimmung gewesen, was sicherlich an meinen gesundheitlichen Problemen aber auch am Wetter liegt. Während es an der Ostküste der USA schneit, haben wir hier tagsüber 20 Grad.

Das ist wundervoll, aber nicht sehr herbstlich.

Ich habe gestern noch einen sommerlichen Blumenstrauss gepflückt. Daneben sind Kürbisse und ein voradventlicher Weihnachtsstern meine Küchendekoration.

Ich habe zwei Halloweenbilder für euch. Lady in orange und Katze mit Hut.

Hallo my friends

My surgery went well, but after I

believed everything is fortunatly over now, I have got this strange pain.
This year I haven´t been in the right Halloween mood, which has something to do with my health issues but also depends on the weather. While it's snowing at the east coast of the USA, we have 20°C here in Germany.

This is wonderful, but not very autumnal.

Yesterday, I still picked a summer bouquet. In addition, are pumpkins and a poinsettia my kitchen decor.

I have two halloween paintings for you. The Lady in orange and Cat with hat.

die Feiertage sind nun vorbei und es kehrt ein wenig Ruhe ein.

now as the holidays are over it became a little more relaxing.
Just as my little witch I ate too much and now I enjoy to sit on my armchair witch a good book, the cat on my lap and ginger-bread and a good drop on the table.

Illustration Friday - "skinny" or "The magical distorting mirror"

Hallo meine Lieben,

heute ist also Halloween und ich habe das dieswöchige Thema "skinny" (zu deutsch dünn) von Illustration Friday zum Anlass genommen, noch mal bei meiner Freundin der pummeligen Hexe reinzuschauen.

Sie hadert noch immer mit ihrem Übergewicht, hat aber nun einen wunderbaren Schlankheitszauber gefunden, nämlich einen magischen Zerrspiegel. Man braucht nur vor den Spiegel zu treten und

1,2,3 es ist keine Hexerei, ist man ganz dünn.

Ach so was könnte ich auf brauchen. Also nichts wie hin zum nächsten Spiegelkabinett ;0)

So today is Halloween and I took the If- topic of the week "skinny" as occasion to come by at my friend the chubby which. She is still upset because of her overweight, but she has founded a wonderful skinniness- magic. See the magical distorting mirror! Just step before the mirror and
1,2,3 it is no whichery, you are skinny.
Oh yes, I could need something like this too. Off I go to the next mirrored gallery ;0)

Halloween rückt näher/ Halloween is approaching

Hallo meine Lieben,
Halloween rückt näher und meine kleine Hexe macht sich daran, die Kürbisse zu preparieren.
Ihr kleiner vierbeinger Helfer braucht kein Messer, er hat sein eigenes Schnitzwerkzeug (he he he).
Der gestrige Tag brachte auch für mich eine schöne Übberaschung.
Ich bekam den "Kreativ- Blogger- Award von Georgina . Daran ist mal wieder eine Bedingung geknüpft. Ich soll 7 Dinge über mich erzählen und den Preis an 7 Leute weiterreichen.
Also.....
1. Ich liebe kitschige Filme, und heule ständig im Kino
2. Ich muss beim Lesen und Malen eine Brille tragen
3. Ich kann den Herbst nicht leiden ( Halloween macht ihn erträglicher)

Halloween is coming up soon, and my little whitch is preparing her pumpkins. Her little four-legd helper doesn´t need a knife. He has his own Carving- tools (he he he).
Yesterday a got a nice surprise from Georgina of http://lloronaart.blogspot.com/. She gave me the "Kretiv- Blogger- Award". Thank you very much Georgina. Of cause I have to do someting now.
First I have to mention seven things about me, and then I have to pass the award to seven other people.
All right...
1. I love cheesy, kitschy movies and I cry all the time in cinema.

Prepare for Halloween

Hallo ihr Lieben
Die kleine Hexe und ihre Familiare, bereiten sich auf Halloween vor. Sie haben sich schon einen gehörigen Vorrat an Kürbissen zugelegt, und werden bald mit dem Schnitzen anfangen.
Mein Kater Rossi möchte zuerst noch ein wenig über das Thema lesen, bevor er mit seinen Halloweenvorbereitungen anfängt (he he he).

Herumgespielt / Playing around

Hallo meine Lieben,
meine Muse macht gerade Uraub, und deshalb fehlen mir die großen Inspirationen und zündenden Ideen. Deshalb habe ich noch ein wenig mit Malstil und Untergrund herumgespielt.
Habt ihr als Kinder auch Malbücher so geliebt wie ich? Es war phantastisch ein farbloses Bild bunt zu machen. Ich hab mir diesmal selber ein "Malbuchbild gemacht und es dann mit Buntstiften (wie damals...) angemalt. Wenn mir mal gar nichts einfällt, kann ich das ganz oft wiederholen und schauen, was dabei rauskommt (hehe).
Die kleine hübsche Hexe ist auf einer unbehandelten runden kleinen Holzscheibe mit Acrylfarbe gemalt. Ich glaub ich mache davon mehr als Halloween- Glas- Untersetzer.
Ich hoffe meine Muse hat sich irgendwo in der Karibik gut erholt und kommt bald wieder.

Hello my friends,
my muse is on holiday hence I don´t have any great inspirations or bright ideas. Therefor I played around with painting- style and surface.
Did you love painting books as much as I did when you where a child? It was phantastic to colour this colourless pictures and make something new of them. I made myself a painting-book-picture and after that I coloured it with coloured pencils, just like then. When I won´t have ideas anymore I can print this one and colour it again and again (hehe)
The pretty little whitch is painted on an untreated little wood- disc with acrylic paint. I think I should make more of these as Halloween-coaster.
I hope my muse has relaxed somewhere in the caribean sea and comes back soon.

Noch ist sommer aber.../Still summer, but...

der Herbst lässt nicht mehr lange auf sich warten. Ich habe hier ein Halloween- Bild, das ich schon vor einiger Zeit gemalt habe. Es ist mit Wasserfarben gemalt. Jacke und Hut der Katze sind sus Stoff, Knöpfen und Litze. Die Tüte läßt sich öffnen um etwas Süßes hineinzustecken. Ich sollte nicht vergessen das zu tun, denn ich weis nicht wozu die kleine Katze sonst fähig ist (hehehe).

it won´t be long till autumn is infront of our doors. I have made a Halloween- painting some times ago. It is painted with watercolours. Jacket and hat of the cat are made of fabric, lace and buttons. The bag is a real one to open, so I can put something sweet in it. I shall not forget this. I don´t know what treat little Kity would have otherwise for me (hehehe).

Bald ist Walpurgisnacht / Soon there is Beltane

Liebe Freunde
In drei Tagen tanzen wir in den Mai, und in vier Tagen ist Walpurgisnacht.
Die kleine pummelige Hexe wird es in diesem Jahr nicht mehr auf den Besen schaffen und feiert mit ihren Freunden in ihrem Lieblingspub auf ein paar Cocktails und einen Whisky.

In four days we have the beltane- fest.
The little chubby witch will not manage to ride the broom this year and so she and her friends are in their favourite pub, where they have a few cocktails and some whi(m)sky.
How do you celebrate the beltane- fest?

Witch Watchers

Ostern liegt nun schon hinter uns, und das nächste Fest das ansteht ist Walpurgisnacht, auch bekannt als Beltane. An diesem Fest wird bekanntlich nicht nur um den Maibaum getanzt sondern auch zum Blocksberg geflogen, jedenfalls dann wenn man eine Hexe ist.
Meine schlanken Zeiten gehören leider der Vergangenheit an. Ich werde immer runder und so geht es auch meiner kleinen Hexe. Zeit der Wahrheit ins Auge zu sehen und den Witch- Watchers beizutreten.

Ich habe Ostern nicht nur zu viel Süßes gegessen, sondern war ganz schön fleißig.

Außer der pummeligen Hexe habe ich mein erstes Plüschtier genäht, einen alten weisen Kater, der ein wenig aussieht wie mein Rossi als Methusalem. Was meine beiden Vierbeiner von ihrem neuen Mitbewohner halten ist nicht ganz klar.

Immerhin zeigten sie soviel Respekt vor dem Alter, das sie ihn nicht massakriert haben.

The easterdays are behind us now, and the holiday which comes up next is Beltane.

On this night, the people didn´t only dance into may (as we call it in german), they also fly to the witch- mountain known as Blocksberg, at least when they are witches.

My slender times belong unfortunatly to the past. I become rounder and rounder, just as my little witch does. Time to faith the truth and join the witch- watchers.

Well, I didn´t just eat sweets at easter, I was quiet busy. Beside my chubby witch, I made my first plush-doll. It´s and old, wise tomcat, that looks a little bit like my Rossi as a Methuselah.
What my quadrupeds think of their new mate is quiet unclear.
At least they have so much respect for his high age, that they don´t massacre him.
