Hallo meine Lieben,
ich hab mit meinem Schatz eine Woche Urlaub auf Teneriffa gemacht. Dort ist es auch Frühlingshaft wenn bei uns Winter herrscht (oder zumindest herrschen sollte).
Wir waren in der nördlichen Stadt Puerto de la Cruz, wo es uns sehr gut gefallen hat.
Die Menschen sind freundlich, die Häuser und Plätze schön, der schwarze vulkanische Strand faszinierend und die Küche so köstlich.

me and my boyfriend have been away for a week of Holidays in Tenerife. It is spring ther, even when it is winter here.
We have been in the northern town Puerto de la Cruz, which we liked very much.
The People are so friendly, the houses and places are pretty, the black vulcanic beach is fascinating and the regional cuisine delicious.
Vor der Insel findet man das ganze Jahr über Delphine und Grindwale, leider haben wir diesmal keine Ausfahrt auf das Meer gemacht. Vielleicht das nächste Mal.
Around the Island you can find dolphins and whales the whole year.
It is a pity but this time we didn´t take a trip to the whales, but maybe the next time.

Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben, aber wenigstens habe ich ein paar Pflänzchen mitgebracht für das kanarische Feeling zuhause.

In Icod de los vinos is a 600 year old dracaena draco, the Dragon tree is said to be the oldest one in the world. He is more than 17m high. Do you see the tiny couple infront of the White wall?
I would have loved to stay longer, but at least I bought some plants there to keep the canarian feeling.
