ich habe den ersten wundervollen Frühlingssamstag in der belgischen Hauptstadt Brüssel mit meinem bezaubernden Patenkind verbracht. Ich freue mich, dass sie noch mit ihrer alten Tante loszieht;0) Brüssel ist wunderschön, vielleicht nicht so geachtet wie Paris, London oder Rom, aber das ist zu unrecht so. Denn..........
This first wonderfull springsaturday I spend wíth my captivating goddaughter in Bruxelles, the capital of Belgium. I am happy, that she still travels with her old aunty.Bruxelles is beautyfull, maybe not that famous than Paris, London or Rome, but it should be

.... es gibt großartige Bauwerke,
....there are fabolous buildings,
hübsche Plätze,
lovely palces,
hübsche enge Gassen,
pretty narrow alleys,
.... voller bezauberder Straßencafés.
....full of great street- cafés.
In Brüssel gibt es weltbekannte Flohmärkte voller verborgener Schätze.
In Bruxelles you can find world famous fleemarkets, full of hidden treasures.
In Belgien hat man Comics zur Kunst erhoben und man begegnet ihr überall.
In Belgium Comic is on the same level than other arts, and you can see comic-art everywhere.
Viele Häuser zeigen belgische Comichelden.
A lot of houses show belgian comic-heroes.
Auch Graffitikunst ist überall zu sehen.
There is a lot of street- art aswell.
Last uns über das Essen in Brüssel reden.
Wo anders mag es Würstchenbuden geben, hier gibt es Schnecken- Snacks.....
Lets talk about food.
Elsewhere you have a burger- stand, in Bruxelles you have escargots.....
...... es gibt Mojitos to go...

...und die unzähligen Schokoladengeschäfte sind ein Traum, sowohl von außen....
.....and the dozends of chocolate- stores are a dream, aswell from the outside....
als auch von innen.
as from the inside.
Kein Wunder also, das die Menschen dieser Stadt so entspannt und zufrieden wirken.
So it is no wonder, that the people of Bruxelles seem to be so relaxes and satisfied.
