Ich habe diesmal nichts zum Thema gemalt sondern eine Uhr aus Buchseiten gemacht, sozusagen eine dreidimensionale Kollage.

Ich wünsche denen die es feiern ein schönes Halloween.

This time I didn´t paint a picture but made a clock out of bookpages. So it´s a kind of three- dimensional collage if you want.

Creatures of the night

Hallo meine Lieben,

morgen ist es so weit.

Die diesseitige und die jenseitige Welt werden eins, und mein steinernen Drache wir zum Leben erwachen. Das Bild ist eine Tuschezeichnung die ich vor vielen Jahren gemacht habe.

Ich habe die Idee zu diesem Bild geklaut, aber leider kann ich nicht mehr sagen von wem.

today it´s the day.

This worls and the other worls will come together for one night and I am sure my stone made dragon will come to life tomorrow. It´s an ink drawing I made several years ago.

I stole the idea to this drawing but unfortunatly, I can´t say where.

Halloween Accesoires

Hallo meine Lieben



Halloween steht vor der Tür und es gilt sich Gedanken über die passende Kleidung für einen solch wichtigen Tag zu machen.
Ich hab mir ein kleines Kürbis- Täschchen , verziert mit einem Bild meiner kleinen Hexe gemacht,in dem alle wichtigen Sachen wie, schlüssel, Lippenstift, Liebestrank, Feenstaub etc, Platz haben.
Ich hoffe ihr habt einen schönen Sonntag.

Halloween is about to come and now it´s time to think about what to wear on the great day. I made myself a little pumpkin- bag, decorated with one of my pictures of the little witch. In the bag you find enough room for the most importand things like keys, lipstip, love-potion, fairy dusr and so on.

Magic mushrooms

Der Oktober zeigt sich hier von seiner schönsten Seite. Mit blauem Himmel und goldenen Sonnenstrahlen die die bunten Blätter wunderschön in Szene setzen.

The October show here at its best. With blue skies and golden sun rays that the colorful leaves appear particularly beautiful.

Überall sprießen die verschiedensten Pilze, klein und groß, hell und dunkel aus dem mit Laub bedecktem Boden.

Various mushrooms sprouting everywhere, big and small, light and dark from the ground covered with leaves.

Es ist jammerschade, dass ich so gar nichts von Pilzen verstehe

sie sehen so köstlich aus, aber vielleicht sind sie tödlich giftig, deshalb verzichte ich auf das Sammeln und kaufe meine Champignongs, Steinpilze und Pfifferlinge lieber weiter im Supermarkt.

Ich wünsche euch eine schöne sonnige Woche.

It's a shame that I understand absolutely nothing about mushrooms.
They look so delicious, but perhaps they are deadly poisonous, so I abstainfrom collecting them and rather continue to buy my Champignongs, porcini and chanterelle in the supermarket.

A new hobby

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich hab en neues Hobby gefunden.

Ich besuche gerne Mittelaltermärkte und habe dort vor einiger Zeit das erste Mal das Brettchenweben

kennengelernt.

Brettchenweben ist eine ganz alte Handwerkskunst die es im alten Asien, Afrika und Europa gleichermaßen gab. 

In Europa sind besonders die Borten der Wikinger bekannt. Man hat Brettchen aus Bein bei vielen Ausgrabungen gefunden, unter anderm in Dublin, wo ich sie letzte Woche im archäologischen Museum sah.

Ich hab vor einiger Zeit mit dem Weben angefangen und bin begeistert davon wie leicht es ist, die verschiedensten Muster herzustellen.

Mein Freund Albert hat mir einen großartigen Rahmen gebaut, auf dem ich 8m lange Bänder weben kann. Ihr könnt ihn in meiner Küche sehen.

 Hello everyone,
I've found myself a new hobby.
I like to visit mediaeval-markets and there , some times ago, I saw women doing card weaving for the first time.
Tablet Weaving a very old craft wich has been made in ancient Asia, Africa and Europe too.
In Europe, particularly the borders of the Vikings are well known. Many tablets of bone has been found at excavations,as in Dublin, where I saw them last week in the archaeological museum.
I started some time ago  weaving and am thrilled to see how easy it is to manufacture a wide variety of patterns.
My friend Albert has built me ​​a great framework on which I can weave 8m long tapes. You can see it in my kichen.

Dublin Impressions

 Hallo ihr Lieben,
da bin ich wieder nach langer Blogabstinenz um ein paar Bilder mit euch zu teilen.
Ich hatte das Glück als Betreuerin eine Jugendfahrt nach Dublin machen zu können.
Meine Weiterbildung "pädagogische Kunsttherapie" geht in ihre Endphase. Ich genieße
das Studium sehr, aber ich merke auch, dass mir die feie Zeit fehlt.
Ich kann kaum glauben, dass wir schon fast wieder Halloween haben.
Ich schau mal nach, was ihr in letzter Zeit so gemacht habt.

I was lucky to tavel as supervising tutor with a youth-group to Dublin.
My studies for educational art- therapie is soon to be ending. I enjoy
studying very much, but I recognice how little time I have.

Es ist die Johannisnacht, sie hat Johanniskraut gepflückt, dass in dieser Nacht geerntet besonders machtvoll heil- und zauberkräftig sein soll.

This young woman in the painting is inspired by Franz Eybels "reading girl".

It is the night of the 24. of June (the day of St. John).

She picked some StJohns wort, witch is said to be the most powerfull, healing and magical when it is harvested on that night.

Hallo meine Lieben,

ich habe lange nicht mehr gebloggt.

Die letzten Monate waren sehr ereignissreich.

Da war die Arbeit, das Studium, wir (mein Freund und ich) haben einen Garten angelegt,

es gab eine Operation (zum Glück nichts schlimmes) und ich habe eine Reise

nach Salzburg gemacht.

Ich habe als Kind dort gelebt und war lange nicht mehr da.

Dennoch fühle ich mich dort immer noch sehr zu Hause,

auch weil ich dort Familie habe.

Die Reise war wunderbar und ich möchte euch ein paar Bilder davon zeigen.

Ich hab euch vieles zu zeigen und ich werde euch alle besuchen,

River Salzach

Hello my friends,

I havn´t blogged for a long time. The last months have been very eventful. There was the work, study, we (my boyfriend and I)  created a garden, there was an operation (fortunately nothing serious) and I made a little journey to Salzburg. I lived there as a child and haven´t been there for a while. Nevertheless, I still feel very much at home there, also because I have family there. The trip was wonderful and I  like to show you some pictures of it. I'll have much more to show and I will visit you all, I promised

Inspirationswürfel / Dice of Inspiration

Hallo meine Lieben,

ihr wisst vielleicht, wie wichtig ich es finde, sich selber zu lieben und gut zu sich zu sein. Mein Inspirationswürfel soll mich täglich daran erinnern, damit ich es im Stress des Alltags nicht vergesse. Auf allen Seiten sind steht etwas, das ich an dem Tag am dem ich es erwürfel denken möchte.

Bonjour Bruxelles

Hallo meine Freunde
ich habe den ersten wundervollen Frühlingssamstag in der belgischen Hauptstadt Brüssel mit meinem bezaubernden Patenkind verbracht. Ich freue mich, dass sie noch mit ihrer alten Tante loszieht;0) Brüssel ist wunderschön, vielleicht nicht so geachtet wie Paris, London oder Rom, aber das ist zu unrecht so. Denn..........

This first wonderfull springsaturday I spend wíth my captivating goddaughter in Bruxelles, the capital of Belgium. I am happy, that she still travels with her old aunty.Bruxelles is beautyfull, maybe not that famous than Paris, London or Rome, but it should be
because..................

.... es gibt großartige Bauwerke,

....there are fabolous buildings,

 hübsche Plätze,

lovely palces,

hübsche enge Gassen,

pretty narrow alleys,

.... voller bezauberder Straßencafés.

....full of great street- cafés.

In Brüssel gibt es weltbekannte Flohmärkte voller verborgener Schätze.

In Bruxelles you can find world famous fleemarkets, full of hidden treasures.

In Belgien hat man Comics zur Kunst erhoben und man begegnet ihr überall.

In Belgium Comic is on the same level than other arts, and you can see comic-art everywhere.

Viele Häuser zeigen belgische Comichelden.

A lot of houses show belgian comic-heroes.

Auch Graffitikunst ist überall zu sehen.

There is a lot of street- art aswell.

Last uns über das Essen in Brüssel reden.

Wo anders mag es Würstchenbuden geben, hier gibt es Schnecken- Snacks.....

Lets talk about food.

Elsewhere you have a burger- stand, in Bruxelles you have escargots.....

...... es gibt Mojitos to go...

.....you can have mojitos to go...

...und die unzähligen Schokoladengeschäfte sind ein Traum, sowohl von außen....

.....and the dozends of chocolate- stores are a dream, aswell from the outside....

als auch von innen.

as from the inside.

Kein Wunder also, das die Menschen dieser Stadt so entspannt und zufrieden wirken.

So it is no wonder, that the people of Bruxelles seem to be so relaxes and satisfied.
