Winter vs Spring

Hallo meine Lieben, ich habe ihn gerochen, den Frühling. Letzte Woche Donnerstag und Samstag war er in der Luft. Ihr wisst wovon ich rede. Dieser erste Hauch, fast nur eine Ahnung, plötzlich ist er da. Köstlich mit dem Versprechen von Gras und Blumen und Wärme. Mich macht dieser Duft ganz euphorisch. Die Euphorie indess hielt nicht lange, denn schon am Sonntag kam der Winter mit ganzer Macht wieder zurück. Mit eisigem Wind und Unmengen von Schnee und Eis. Aber das ändert nichts daran, das ich ihn gerochen habe und das er gewinnen wird, der Frühling, so wie jedes Jahr. Auf meinem Bild geschieht das auf 30 x 60 cm, Acrylfarbe auf Leinwand. Ich wünsche euch ein schönes Wochenende.

Hello my friends,

I smelled it, Spring! Last week on thursday and saturday it was in the air. You know what I am talking about.

It is a very touch even more a foreshadow. Suddenly it is there. Delicate with the promise of gras and flowers and warmth. This scent makes me fairly euphoric. But the euphoria didn´t last long, for the winter striked back on Sunday with all its might, with frosty winds and masses of snow and ice. But that doesn´t change that I smelled it and that the spring will win in the end, just as every year.

On my picture he does it on 30 x 60 cm, acrylic paint on canvas.
